isthisspam.org provides an email and content analysis service to help users identify potential spam or phishing emails.

We use cutting edge custom trained ML and AI models to perform content classification, hosted securely within modern cloud infrastructure (including Cloudflare and Vercel).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

You are responsible for the content you submit.
You will not submit content that you do not have the right to share.
You understand that the service provides guidance and automated spam analysis but does not replace professional judgment.

4. Data Handling

Private Scans: For authenticated users and valid license holders, submitted content is processed in real-time and is never retained or logged. Processing occurs entirely in ephemeral memory.

Public Scans: Content submitted by unauthenticated users undergoes automated PII scrubbing to redact sensitive information (such as emails and phone numbers) before being retained anonymously for up to 30 days for service improvement.

Users may request deletion of any inadvertently retained data by contacting contact@isthisspam.org.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on isthisspam.org remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our AI spam detection results.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Western Australia.
