Lifetime access information

The standalone offline browser-extension lifetime licence has been retired. Current extension access is paired to an IsThisSpam account and checked against the server entitlement ledger.

New native iOS purchases use Apple subscriptions. Historical Apple lifetime transactions, if you already own one, remain restorable inside the iOS app and are separate from web billing and extension access.
