What does lifetime mean?

One payment gives you the Just me (Personal) plan for the lifetime of the IsThisSpam service, subject to our terms and fair-use protections. This is not a guarantee the service or every feature will exist forever.

What exactly is included?

You get Personal entitlement for one person: unlimited basic scam checks and SuperScan under fair use, plus eligible Personal features on supported websites, apps, browser extensions and inbox connections. Native app or extension availability and separate store purchases can differ. Personal Plus, Duo, Family, Business and API access are not included.

Where can I use IsThisSpam?

Explore iPhone and iPad, Android, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Gmail and Outlook protection options, plus the website checkers and SuperScan. Available Personal features depend on the device, connected account, permissions and completed setup. A purchase does not automatically activate SMS filtering, phone protection or inbox monitoring.

Does the lifetime purchase include ChatGPT?

IsThisSpam can be used as an integration in ChatGPT where that integration is available and enabled for your account or workspace. A Founders membership does not include a paid ChatGPT subscription, install the integration or guarantee ChatGPT usage or availability. Check the ChatGPT setup and availability page for details.

Do Founders have a say in product development?

Yes. Activated Founders members get access to a private product-feedback form where they can share and prioritise suggestions. Our team reviews feedback, but membership does not guarantee delivery of specific features or confer equity or governance rights.

I already pay monthly. Can I switch?

Founders checkout currently accepts Free accounts and guests. Existing paid accounts are not eligible for this checkout; contact us about your existing billing before buying another product.

Can I pay without signing up first?

Yes. Guests can pay through Stripe first, then create or sign in with the verified email used at purchase to activate access. Signed-in Free users can go straight to checkout.

Why is the lifetime price in AUD?

Founders Edition is charged as A$99 in Australian dollars. Regular web subscription prices are in US dollars. Exchange rates and card issuer fees may affect your local-currency total.

What about refunds and consumer rights?

Our terms apply and applicable consumer-law rights are unaffected. Contact support for a payment or activation concern.
